The Boys’ Soccer Team (GPA 3.56), Girls’ Volleyball Team (GPA 3.68), and Girls’ Tennis Team (GPA 3.86) received the MSHSAA Outstanding Scholastic Achievement Award. Recipients of this award have achieved a combined GPA of 3.25 or above in their classroom work while actively participating in interscholastic activities. Additionally, Austin Haywood, Scott Raver, and Zack Johnson have achieved a significantly-improved GPA while actively participating in soccer.
“These students exemplify the excellence achieved by the young people of today and represent the hopes of our future,” said Mike Janes, FHN Activities Director.
The MSHSAA has recognized these teams and students with a certificate of achievement.
