- Mr. Mark Powell, a senior at Francis Howell High School, as recognized as the honorary student representative to the Board of Education.
- The Board recognized Francis Howell High School teachers Sandi Sewing, Louise Powers, Angie Winship, and Jane Merdic for their assistance in getting all students home safely after being snowed in on a FBLA trip to New York.

· The Board reviewed a first reading of curriculum for Personal Finance, Sculpture I, Sculpture II, Clothing & Textiles I, and Clothing & Textiles II.
· The Board reviewed the March 2010 Construction Report.
· The Board reviewed the presentation State Budgeting Concerns for 2010-2011 (And Beyond) by Dr. Chris Straub, presented by Chief Financial Officer Kevin Supple, on State Funding.
Board Action
· The Board approved the Local 1 Closure Agreement.
· The Board approved the District increase in breakfast and lunch prices for the 2010-11 school year by $0.05 per meal at each level, and increase ala carte prices.
