August 4, 2008 through August 22, 2008 is the annual Benefits Open
Enrollment period for Francis Howell School District. In an effort to
provide every opportunity for employees and retirees to make good benefit
decisions, we are providing an online video of one of the Benefits
Information Meetings.

Correction to Information on the Consumer Driven
Health Plan (CDHP)
Effective October 1, 2008 the CDHP will have all copays and
coinsurance removed after the deductible is met for in network claims.
The video had shown a slide that had the pharmacy copays still in
effect; that is incorrect.
Once a member meets their in-network deductible, 100% of all future
in-network claims (medical and pharmacy) will be paid by insurance.
