Three FHC wrestlers earn All-American Status at National Tournament

Congratulations to Francis Howell Central wrestlers Terrel Wilbourn, Kyle Bradley and Brandon Wilbourn for achieving All-American status at the Asics Cadet and Junior National Championships in Fargo, North Dakota. Kyle Bradley was a double All-American, taking fourth place in the Greco-Roman category and eighth place in freestyle at 135 lbs. Brandon Wilbourn took fourth place in junior freestyle in the 140-lb. weight class, and Terrel Wilbourn finished in third place in the 98-lb. weight class of the Cadet division. Asics National Championships is an Olympics-style wrestling tournament and is considered the premier wrestling tournament in the nation. The top eight finishers in each weight class earn All-American status; each weight class in the Asics tournament included more than 100 wrestlers per weight class, who qualified to compete due to their performances in one of a series of state and regional qualifying events.
