Student Performance
Identify learning gaps, align strategies and implement a rigorous curriculum to advance the achievement of all learners using the Processional Learning Communities school improvement model.

Facilities, Support, and Instructional Resources
Continue to implement the District’s comprehensive district-wide safety and security plan.

Governance
Develop and implement a long-term financial plan to address the capital and operating needs of the District.

Parent and Community Involvement
Increase community involvement in developing District initiatives, objectives, and partnerships.

Highly Qualified Staff
Recruit, train, and retain highly qualified staff.
