Elementary Report Card Information

On May 8, 2008 the Board of Education approved the Elementary Report Card Templates that will be used in Kindergarten through Fifth Grade during the 2008-09 school year. The approved templates were a culmination of the collaboration and work done by the teachers, administrators and parents who served on the Elementary Report Card Task Force. The ERC Task Force investigated grading and reporting best practices as well as analyzed feedback from teachers and parents on the desired components of a quality report card.

The links below contain copies of the report card templates and an informational presentation about the templates for Kindergarten, Grades 1-3 and Grades 4-5. After you have had time to review this information we invite you to take a short survey where you will have an opportunity to provide feedback and post questions which will serve as the basis for a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document that will be posted here in August.
