Board of Education
The Francis Howell School District Board of Education is composed of seven duly-elected residents who represent the District's citizens in developing policies and procedures for the operation of the school district, as well as managing its tax dollars.

Board-Appointed Committees
Board-appointed committees collaborate, gather feedback, and fulfill the work of the District. In addition to Board-appointed committees, the District utilizes other task forces, advisory groups, working groups, ad hoc committees and standing committees to fulfill the operational work of the District.
Board-appointed committee meetings are open to members of the public. Board-appointed committees include the Policy Committee, Audit and Finance Committee, Employee Insurance Committee, Parents as Teachers Community Advisory Committee, and Strategic Planning Committees.
