FHSD Celebrates Administrative Professionals Week

Across the country, thousands of administrative assistants and clerical personnel invest their talents to keep school district offices running smoothly. During Administrative Professionals’ Week, celebrated from April 24-28, and Administrative Professionals’ Day, celebrated on April 26, the Francis Howell School District (FHSD) recognizes its support staff members who work throughout the year to support classroom success.

FHSD administrative professionals play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our schools and offices, and promoting the well-being of our students, families, and community. These dedicated professionals are a critical link between parents, teachers, and administrators, and they impact the District's work every day.
They contribute to the day-to-day operations of the District with duties that go beyond clerical roles. Our administrative staff is responsible for numerous tasks from managing the front office, coordinating multiple schedules and calendars, planning events and maintaining student data, to acting as parent advocates, and even serving as customer service liaisons and safety-check monitors. Their roles and responsibilities are vital to running a large district with more than 18,000 students.

Join FHSD as we say thank you to our administrative professionals! We are thankful for these hardworking individuals and their continuous support and dedication.
