Board Meeting Patron Comment Form

Thank you for your interest in providing a comment during the FHSD Board of Education meeting. The Board offers an opportunity to speak in a public forum during regular open session meetings as an agenda item at the start of each meeting. 

The May 21 Board of Education meeting will be held
virtually via Zoom. During virtual meetings, public comments must be submitted by 3 PM the day of the meeting. Comments will be read by the Board President and will limited to three minutes per patron comment. To submit your comments, as you would like them read, fill out the form below.
