FHSD Celebrates American Education Week Nov. 13-17

Public schools are the cornerstone of our communities. To raise
awareness about the need to provide every child with a quality public education, the Francis Howell School District will be observing the National Education Association’s (NEA) “American Education Week,” Nov. 13-17, 2017. The celebration highlights the importance of bringing together educators, parents, students, and communities in a unified effort to build great public schools.

Our public schools not only supply the tools students need to succeed, they also provide a safe, positive, and caring environment for all students. Whether it is a smile from their bus driver, a warm meal served by a friendly face, or a teacher who stays late to help with a problem, our students are surrounded by caring individuals.
FHSD teachers, administrators, and support staff are outstanding individuals who play a vital role in creating an environment and partnership conducive to learning. These dedicated professionals help to ensure that every child has access to a quality public education.

Francis Howell School District invites you to join us in recognizing and celebrating the efforts and dedication of everyone involved in educating the young people of our community. Together, we are making great public schools for every child. Thank you for your continuing support!
