FHSD Community Resource Fair

The Francis Howell School District’s Alternative Learning Department is excited to sponsor and host the annual Community Resource Fair. The Community Resource Fair will take place on Saturday, February 2, 2019, at Francis Howell Central High School (5199 State Highway N, St Charles, MO 63304) in the cafeteria from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

The Resource Fair’s objective is to increase the community’s awareness and build relationships between families and providers who offer support to individuals with disabilities. The fair will feature an extensive collection of 40+ agencies providing county-wide resources. Agencies and organizations will be presenting information and engaging with community members over a variety of categories including, but not limited to, recreation/leisure, behavior supports, assistive technology, mental illness, vision impairments, post-secondary opportunities, facility-based employment, transition services, and many other resources to benefit individuals with disabilities from birth to 21 years old and their families.

In addition to learning from the variety of agencies, breakout sessions are scheduled to provide training on selected topics including; guardianship, social security, dyslexia, and college services/accommodations. Below is a list of attending agencies.
