Michael Parker named Francis Howell High School Assistant Principal

The Francis Howell School District announced Mr. Michael Parker as a new assistant principal at Francis Howell High School (FHHS), effective July 1, 2021.

Mr. Parker served as the dean of students at Francis Howell North (FHN) prior to being placed in his most recent role in the one-year only assistant principal position at FHHS. 

“I could not be more thrilled for the opportunity to be staying here at ‘the H’,” Mr. Parker said. “This last year, the students, staff and admin team have welcomed me with open arms and have provided me with amazing personal growth opportunities. I look forward to continuing it all here.”

Mr. Parker began his career at FHSD as a social studies instructor at FHN. From there, he became the L.E.A.P. Intern for the District, and then transitioned to Activities Department Events Manager and then Dean of Students at FHN. Most recently, he served as an assistant principal for FHHS on a one-year assignment.

He holds a Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration from Lindenwood University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science Education from Blackburn College, an Initial Principal Certification, and a Social Studies Certification.
