What is the Campus Portal?

Infinite Campus is our tool for parents and students to access instant, online, timely and secure student information.  Class schedules, assignments, attendance, discipline, course registrations for next year, report cards and transcripts. Campus Portal is a means to further promote educational excellence by enhancing our program of communication with parents and students.


What is Campus Parent and Campus Student?
Campus Parent and Campus Student are web applications designed to replace the existing Campus Portal with a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. Campus Parent and Campus Student were designed to be responsive for use on computers or mobile devices.


Will I still be able to use the current Campus Portal website? 
The Campus Portal will exist in parallel to Campus Parent and Campus Student through the 2018-19 school year. Campus Portal will be removed after the 2018-19 school year, once all Portal tools are available in Campus Parent and Campus Student.


What is the difference between the existing Mobile Portal and the new Campus Parent and Campus Student apps?
Because the new mobiles apps are powered by Campus Parent and Campus Student, they include a greater number of tools and functions. Once the mobile apps are released, they will include all of the tools currently available in Campus Parent and Campus Student.

What if I have multiple students in the District?

If you have more than one child attending FHSD schools, your Campus Portal or Campus Parent account will have access to all students in your family.  Once logged, parents can easily switch between students by choosing the Select Student drop-down list. 


Who is eligible to have a Campus Portal/Campus Parent account?

Parents of current students are eligible to activate a Parent Campus Portal account, after agreeing to the terms and conditions of use.


How do I use the GUID/Activation Key to create usernames and passwords?

  • The Activation Key is only needed the first time the users access the portal. After that, the activation key will not work and the username that was created should be used to log into the Portal.

  • Under the First time using Campus Portal? “If you have been assigned a Campus Portal Activation Key” choose click here. This option is only used the very first time the portal is accessed.

    The Click Here link will display an Activation Screen. Enter the 32 character activation key provided
     by your school.
  • Click the Submit button. The activation key will be verified, and when approved will display a screen to create the User Name and Password.
  • Enter a User Name. It is best to use an alphanumeric (letters and numbers) user name.
  • Enter a Password. Again, it is best to use an alphanumeric (letters and numbers) password that is at least (6) characters long.
  • Enter the password a second time in the Verify Password field.
  • Click the Create Account button. This will create the username and password. The username and password will be verified, and upon approval the portal account will be created. Use the Click Here link on the account creation page to enter the user name and password to access the Portal information.
  • You will be prompted to enter a security email address. This will be used to send your username or a link to reset your password if needed.


Subsequent Portal Access

After the activation key has been used to create a portal account, it will no longer be valid. Users will subsequently log in to the Campus portal using their unique User Name and Password.
